LOUISE specialises in executive search within industrial and automotive companies. She has over 15 years experience working with industrial companies and has developed strong relationships across energy related equipment manufacturers, plant machinery manufacturers, wind energy manufacturers and automotive companies and their suppliers. This focus means she has developed an acute understanding of the complexity of the sector and where to source the right talent.
Louise started a career as a lawyer, investigating industrial property and equipment times on behalf of companies and syndicates of Lloyds of London. Her industry knowledge and experience, alongside her experience of developing long-term corporate relationships with clients and candidates has provided her with a unique insight into executive search.
